Thank you for choosing LQ's Accounting Professionals (referred to as "Company" or "Provider") for your credentialing, taxes, accounting/and or bookkeeping needs. This Membership Policy (the "Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the membership relationship between LQ's Accounting Professionals and its valued clients (referred to as "Client" or "Member"). By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the terms stated herein.
LQ's Accounting Professionals offers various membership plans tailored to meet the unique requirements of our clients. The specific services and benefits provided under each membership plan will be clearly detailed in the associated plan documentation. Members are encouraged to carefully review and select the plan that best suits their business needs.
Members are required to pay a membership fee as per the selected membership plan. The membership fee shall be determined based on the level of service and frequency of engagement. The payment schedule and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the sign-up process or as agreed upon with the Client.
The membership term commences on the date of sign-up and continues for the duration specified in the selected membership plan. Membership will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same duration unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
As a member of LQ's Accounting Professionals, you will receive the accounting, tax, grant writing, credentialing and/or bookkeeping services outlined in the selected membership plan. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Members are responsible for providing accurate and timely financial records and information required by LQ's Accounting Professionals to perform the agreed-upon services. The Client shall cooperate with the Company and promptly respond to any requests for additional information or clarification to ensure efficient service delivery within 14 days of receipt.
LQ's Accounting Professionals understands the sensitive nature of financial data and will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the provision of services. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect client data and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
Either party may terminate the membership relationship by providing written notice to the other party. If termination occurs before the end of the current membership term, any unused portion of the membership fee will not be refunded.
LQ's Accounting Professionals reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. In the event of any significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or through other appropriate communication channels.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Louisiana.
By becoming a member of LQ's Accounting Professionals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
